Does fear keep you from dealing with certain emotions and situations? Or are you desiring to learn how to deal with fears and phobias?

Fear can be crippling and uncomfortable. Being fearless does not mean that you are eliminating fear. It means knowing how to lower the level of fear. It is hardwired inside your brain; many Neuroscientists have found that distinctive networks travel from the limbic system to the cortex and back. When these networks are chemically and electrically stimulated, they cause fear.

Fear is partly learned, part instinct, and partly taught. We are afraid of specific places, people, and situations because of past experiences and negative associations. Your fear response can amplify if your baseline is already in a state of fear.
