Learn to Let Go and Surrender | Ep 107

One of the things that we all lack in this world is trust. Not just in others, but more importantly in ourselves.

We are all born with a guiding light. We know how to get to where we need to go, instinctually.

The problem is that we let our ego, and our mind, get in the way. We let our logical brain hold us back.

It’s not intentional, and to be honest the logical side of our brain is trying to help us.

It’s trying to find a system and a path to success. That’s what it’s designed to do.

Unfortunately, though, it gets too caught up in trying to create this perfect system and we don’t live in a linear world where things work the same all the time.

Our world is constantly changing and evolving. What worked yesterday won’t work today. What works today, won’t work tomorrow. Because of that, we need to rely on our intuition. Intuition is what will tell us where to go and how to get there.

On this episode of Old Souls & Seekers, we explore ways in which our ego and logical brain can interrupt the path we are meant to go down.

Download this episode today to learn how you can learn to understand the logic brain and develop your intuition to lead you to a life you want to live.

Don’t wait for the New Year to make resolutions.

The Cliff Notes:

  • Astrologically, 2017 was the year to create a new foundation.
  • A lunar year has 13 months, a solar year only has 12.
  • Learn to build relationships with (not suppress) parts of yourself to keep them from overpowering you.
  • Your mind can get in the way of what the body needs to do.
  • The mind is a tool that is being taken control of by the ego.
  • We are domesticated by food.
  • The way out of the trap is to go into the trap.
  • Tune in to if you are being pulled toward something, or being pushed away from it.
  • The only thing out of harmony is your judgment.
  • The expression of your survival pattern is the life that you are living.

Rely on your entire system to make your decisions.
