Stress and anxiety are something we all live within our day-to-day life and we know it’s something that everyone wants to improve in. The world has given us many many reasons recently to feel stressed and anxious.

The problem in our society is that no one is really being taught how to deal with stress and anxiety. This is actually quite crazy since it's one of the things that everyone has to deal with all throughout life.

We are conditioned to believe that if I just get to success then my life will be completely stress-free. However, that’s not reality

We are being conditioned to live a life where we should only experience emotions that feel good and avoid experiencing emotions that feel uncomfortable.

However, we've found over the years that this is never going to get you to a life of abundance and peace. Running away from stress and anxiety by drinking coffee, alcohol, eating food, sugar, or distracting yourself with social media will eventually completely backfire and make it even worse.

In today's episode, we want to give you insights and a completely new perspective on handling stress and anxiety. We will share with you the science and experience behind the practices that we've learned and used over the last years to gain more peace, abundance, and fulfillment in life.
