Where are you viewing life from? Are you living life from your mind? This is where most people are localized. This is where you pull from the magazines, from what you’ve heard, from your lineage, and from society

Your mind can only go after the building blocks that it has been programmed after.
If you are going about life in the “doer” way, you’ve basically disconnected yourself from flow. In flow is where the magic happens. In flow is where you are awed with life because everything seems to be new and unexpected.
Things seem to arise spontaneously from the mind. People have thoughts that seem to come out of nowhere, but generally speaking, we’re repeating over 95% of the same thoughts we’ve had before. So it’s not really spontaneous.
Your average person probably doesn't feel like their emotions or their felt sense is spontaneous all the time. We wake up in the morning and feel good, Or bad. If you’re committed to or have been trained to live in the mind, then that spontaneity is unknown.
However, there is a certain spontaneity to the way the energy is moving in the body and how we are experiencing emotion and felt sense. You get into flow with the spontaneity of the body. This is what you will learn more about in today's episode.
