How We Get Into Flow to Create Wonderful Results: Episode 234 with Guy & Ilan Ferdman
“A lot of the work we do, we are not trying to manage feelings, life is not about trying to feel good, it’s about feeling”
– Guy Ferdman
Where are you viewing life from? If your life is lived in the mind, which is where most people are localized. This is going to pull from the books, from what you’ve heard, from your lineage, from society.
“Here’s how it’s supposed to look when you feel good, success…”.
Your mind can only go after the building blocks that it has been programmed after.
If you are going about life in the “doer” way, you’ve basically disconnected yourself from flow. In flow is where the magic happens. In flow is where you awed with life because everything seems to be new and unexpected.
Things don’t seem to arise spontaneously in the mind, people have thoughts that seem to come out of nowhere, but generally speaking, we’re repeating over 95% of the same thoughts we’ve had before. So it’s not really spontaneous.
However, your average person does probably feel like their emotions or their felt sense in their body is spontaneous all the time. You wake up in the morning and feel good. Or bad. There's a spontaneity to the way the energy is moving in the body and how we are experiencing emotion and felt sense.
So if you’re committed or you’ve been trained to live in the mind. Then spontaneity is unknown. But there is a way to get in the flow with the spontaneity of the body. That's what you will learn more about in our conversation.
