How to find peace of mind with your intuition.

Intellect has its limits.

But our mind isn’t willing to admit that. It craves information, so when faced with any sort of puzzling scenario, it will seek out more information by thinking its way through the maze.

The problem is that this often works. In our jobs, we can often climb the ladder and appease coworkers by strategically going about our days.

List of 40 ways to find peace of mind:

  1. Listen to music.
  2. Deep breathing
  3. Go for a walk
  4. Enjoy nature
  5. Play with a pet
  6. Declutter
  7. Acceptance
  8. Mindfulness
  9. Self-love
  10. Be true to you
  11. Sense of humor
  12. Love unconditionally
  13. Go for regular health checks
  14. Take stock
  15. Have goals
  16. Don’t take yourself too seriously
  17. Live in the moment

  19. Be assertive
  20. Speak your mind
  21. Enjoy “me-time”
  22. Frolic
  23. Let it go
  24. Resist guilt
  25. Adopt an attitude of gratitude
  26. See failure as a learning curve
  27. Connect with others
  28. Test your limits

  32. Be kind
  33. Don’t compare
  34. Affirmations
  35. Save a little money as often as you can
  36. Less is more
  37. Perspective
  38. Monitor your thoughts
  39. Stand up for what you believe in
  40. Get enough sleep

However, when we tap into our intuition, our lives become much less of this reverse-engineering puzzle. We are able to think creatively about situations because we no longer rely on what we already know.

That’s why in today’s episode of Old Souls & Seekers, we are discussing the relationship between intellect and intuition. When we rely too heavily on one side, we compromise our ability to maximize the positives in both categories.

Listen to today’s episode to learn how to channel your intuition in a way that syncs with your intellect, so that the two can live, operate, and flourish in harmony!

“I had never considered I could become more efficient through intuition than I could through intellect.” - Guy & Ilan Ferdman Click to Tweet

The Cliff Notes:

  • While substances may seem like they bring peace, they actually do the exact opposite.
  • Getting to know yourself deeper subverts anxiety and stress.
  • De-emphasize intellect and re-emphasize intuition.
  • The way to efficiency is through intuition, not intellect.
  • Women can inherently access intuition in far greater capacities than men can.
  • Instead of pre-planning through intellect, drop into a moment using your intuition.
  • To maximize your mind, you must align it with your heart.
  • Create ceremonies throughout the day to remind yourself to send energy to your heart.

Avail Vapor

I manage a vape store web directory and we have had a listing from a vape store in the USA that additionally advertises CBD product lines. A Calendar month later, PayPal has written to use to claim that our account has been limited and have asked us to remove PayPal as a payment method from our vape store directory. We do not offer for sale CBD product lines like CBD oil. We merely provide advertising and marketing professional services to CBD companies. I have had a look at Holland & Barrett– the UK’s Leading Health and wellness Retailer and if you take a good look, you will see that they offer a fairly comprehensive variety of CBD items, particularly CBD oil and they also happen to take PayPal as a payment solution. It emerges that PayPal is employing double standards to many different companies. Because of this limitation, I can no longer accept PayPal on my CBD-related web site. This has restrained my payment options and now, I am seriously reliant on Cryptocurrency payments and straightforward bank transfers. I have gotten in touch with a lawyer from a Magic Circle law office in London and they explained that what PayPal is doing is altogether not legal and discriminatory as it should be applying a systematic standard to all firms. I am yet to consult with one more legal representative from a US law firm in The city of london to see what PayPal’s legal position is in the United States. For the time being, I would be very appreciative if anybody here at targetdomain could offer me with alternative payment processors/merchants that deal with CBD companies.
