How many times do you receive a text or an e-mail and think someone is being a total jerk? Chances are you know a lot of people on the other end thinking the same thing, but are too polite to say anything.

Unfortunately, when it comes to messages being sent through the text we can’t give off inflection. People naturally read them in the worst way possible, it’s just human nature. We are trained to believe everything is a danger, and that applies to everything.

So here’s a tip from our amazing guest – send a video instead.

People can’t misinterpret your tone and a big smile on your far. You can send it as a text message, exactly the same way. Plus, people appreciate it a lot more, it’s so much more personal.
