Other times you just need to have someone else do work for you so your time can be better spent on more important tasks. Believe it or not, you can probably find someone to do the job better than you could and for much less than your time is worth.

- Hiring someone isn’t a massive risk, look at it as a trial.
- Incentivize your top producers.
- You can have over a hundred million dollar business and 9 kids, but you have to have systems in place.
- You have to focus on the emotional toll your business takes on you.
- Your purpose has to be greater than your bottom line.
- You can’t get stuck in a comparison wheel, instead, look at moving yourself forward.
- It’s doing a lot of minor things that make a major difference.
