Everyone is doing a New Years' episode, talking about resolutions and ways to improve yourself for 2018. Honestly, these things don’t matter if you aren’t able to actually do them.
So we decided to bring you a special two-part episode to bring in the New Year. We are going to tell you ways you can stop procrastination forever in three easy steps.
The first step is to have clarity on what you want. We are all afraid of failure, and if you don’t know exactly what we want there’s no way we are going to get started.
Secondly, you need to have accountability. You need to hold yourself responsible for the things you do, and the actions you do or do not take. It’s easy to blame outside influences for our shortcomings, but it won’t make us better people.
Lastly, be a part of the community. You’re only as good as the people you surround yourself with. So if your goal is to lose weight, join a fitness group. If you want to be better about money, surround yourself with people who are wealthier than you. You’ll absorb through osmosis.
