There’s a lot of hate and anger in this world. Our society finds itself divided, picking a side and despising the other. These feelings aren’t helping anything. The only person who is affected by hate and anger is the person who holds the hate in their heart.
How the power of forgiveness will set you free
- forgive yourself first
- anger and resentment
- transform destructive emotions
- the power of forgiveness
- a hard pill to swallow
The people that are being hated don’t know it. They don’t care. They are out there and living their life.
When you find yourself hating someone, you need to learn to forgive them. That doesn’t mean you condone their actions. It doesn’t mean what happened is ok.
Forgiveness isn’t for them – it’s for you.
When you forgive someone, something, or even yourself, it allows you to move it. It gives you the chance to move on, let those emotions go, and become a much better person.
Hate and anger will cripple you. It will hold you back from experiences and opportunities.
So stop hating, and start forgiving.
